La faja entrenadora de colores se me hace super linda y la verdad es que el hacer ejercicio con la ropa que te gusta, es lo mejo para mantenerte motivada y no rendirte, hay días que la verdad no tengo ganas de hacer nada, pero si me cambio y me pongo mood gym, ya cambia la cosa, no les dire que te llega la energía de la nada, pero si por lo menos hago la rutina de cardio, siento que pasa como cuando tienes mucha flojera y te arreglas para verte bien y todo tu mood cambia, algo asi me pasa con la ropa para el ejercicio.
The colored training girdle makes me super cute and the truth is that exercising with the clothes you like is the best to keep you motivated and not give up, there are days when I really don't want to do anything, but i do i change and i get a gym mood, things change, i will not tell you that the energy comes out of nowhere, but if at least i do the cardio routine, I feel that it happens like when you have a lot of laziness and you manage to look good and your whole mood changes, something like that happens to me with exercise clothes.
